The Annual Meeting of the Town of Empire will convene at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday,

April 16, 2024, at the Empire town hall. The purpose of the meeting is to give

Town residents the opportunity to express their views on Town affairs, review

the 2023 Annual Report and to discuss any proposed changes in Town policies.

10 Year Comprehensive Plan Info Meeting

The 10 Year Comprehensive Plan Meeting of the Town of Empire will convene at 6:30pm p.m. on Thursday, April 18, 2024, at the Empire town hall. The purpose of the meeting is to update the Town residents on the progress of the 10 Year Comprehensive plan. Also, an opportunity to review the progress of the plan. Bowmar Appraisal has been contracted by the Town of Empire to conduct a revaluation of all properties for the 2024 assessment year.  This notice is to inform you that your appraiser from Bowmar Appraisal will be visiting properties late summer and fall of 2023 and early spring of 2024.

If the appraiser does not find you at home, he will leave a door tag letting you know he was there.  You do not need to contact Bowmar Appraisal, Inc. unless the tag indicates you should.  All property owners will recieve a Notice of Assessment in the mail in late summer or early fall… View Notice
