    PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE 

    Please be advised that the Town Board of the Town of Empire will hold its monthly meeting  beginning at 6:30pm on Wednesday April 8, 2026, at the Empire Town Hall, W3675 4th St. Rd. The  purpose of the meeting will be to conduct General Town business as authorized by law: 



    • Call to Order
    • Roll call/ quorum
    • Verification of public notice by Town Board.
    • Approval of prior Town Board minutes by Town Board.
    • Specific matters for discussion and possible action by the Town Board in open session:
    • Discuss/Act on Plan Commission recommendations for Mitch and Errin Hinz
    • Pamela/David Biddick from W4415 Mary Hill Park Dr to discuss long term rental and other questions.
    • Discuss/Act on Danny Ln drainage options 
    • Discuss/Act on Roads Resolution
    • Discuss/Update on Poplar Rd Culvert
    • Discuss/Act on Diedrich’s attorney bill
    • Discuss/Update on infrastructure grant.
    • Appoint John Lloyd as an election inspector for the two year term 1/1/2026 - 12/31/2027
    • Discuss/Act on Bellin Health drug testing (DOT required) price increase for 2026
    • Discuss/Act on the watershed meeting
    • Discuss/Act on hiring to Spray for wild parsnips
    • Update on wind turbines


    • Report on Town Correspondence from Town Clerk & other officers.
    • Public forum. (Discussion only)
    • Payment of bills.
    • Adjourn.
