NOTICE OF PLAN COMMISSION HEARING

 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Empire PLAN COMMISSION will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday April 8, 2026 beginning at 6:00 P.M. at the Empire town hall, W3675 4th St. Rd., to consider the agenda set forth as follows.

 

Notice is also given that a quorum of the Town of Empire Board may attend the Town of Empire Plan Commission hearing at the above specified time and place.  Members may attend for the purpose of gathering information regarding the following agenda.  No votes or other action will be taken by the Town Board at this hearing.  Persons having an interest are invited to attend or submit written comments to the Town Clerk prior to the Public Hearing. The Town Board will consider and may take action on the recommendations of the Plan Commission as an agenda item at the April monthly board meeting on April 8,2026 at 6:30 pm at the town hall

1. Call to order.
2. Roll call.
3. Statement of Public Notice
4. Consider the request from Mitchell & Errin Hinz to rezone 11.765 Acres from “A-1 Exclusive Agricultural” to A-2. The property is located on Butternut Road as part of parcel No. T08-15-18-22-06-003-00.
5. Public comment.
6. Adjourn.
