    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Empire BOARD OF APPEALS
    will conduct a public hearing to consider the request from Larry and Michelle Steward
    for a variance change to the Town of Empire Zoning Ordinance for property located at
    N6223 Eleanore Ln.
    The variance concerns the limit of one driveway per property. Larry and Michelle
    Steward are requesting approval to add an additional driveway to the property.
