NOTICE OF PLAN COMMISSION HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Empire PLAN COMMISSION will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, immediately following the conclusion of the Plan Commission hearing scheduled to begin at 6:00 P.M., at the Empire Town Hall, W3675 4th St. Rd., Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, to consider the agenda set forth as follows.

This notice is published pursuant to Wisconsin Statutes §60.62 and §985.07 as a Class 2 notice.

Notice is also given that a quorum of the Town of Empire Board may attend the Town of Empire Plan Commission hearing at the above specified time and place. Members may attend for the purpose of gathering information regarding the following agenda. No votes or other action will be taken by the Town Board at this hearing.

Persons having an interest are invited to attend or submit written comments to the Town Clerk prior to the public hearing. The Town Board may consider and take action on the recommendations of the Plan Commission at a subsequent Town Board meeting.

2. Roll call.
3. Statement of Public Notice.
4. Consider the request from Steven G. Konen and Barbara J. Konen to rezone approximately 5.00 acres from R-2 Residential District to R-1 Residential District. The property is located at W3648 County Road H, Town of Empire, Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin, Tax Parcel No. T08-15-18-34-06-003-00.
5. Public comment.
6. Adjourn.
