    PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE 

    Please be advised that the Town Board of the Town of Empire will hold its monthly meeting  beginning at 6:30pm on Wednesday January 14, 2026, at the Empire Town Hall, W3675 4th St. Rd. The  purpose of the meeting will be to conduct General Town business as authorized by law: 

    • Call to Order
    • Roll call/ quorum
    • Verification of public notice by Town Board.
    • Approval of prior Town Board minutes by Town Board.
    • Specific matters for discussion and possible action by the Town Board in open session:
    • Sam Adelmeyer to discuss splitting a  5 acre lot located at W3648 County Rd H into 2 parcels and building a home.
    • Discuss/Act on issues with plowing Ridgeview Ln
    • Update on bridges that need work on Golf Course Dr and Mill Rd.
    • Discuss/Act on Wages for relief drivers.
    • Discuss/Update on Bridges that need work on Golf Course Dr and Mill Rd
    • Discuss/Act Humane Society contract.
    • Discuss board of Review training who plans to attend and what date.
    • Discuss/Act on grant for cyber security

                    

    • Report on Town Correspondence from Town Clerk & other officers.
    • Public forum. (Discussion only)
    • Payment of bills.
    • Adjourn.
