PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE

 

Please be advised that the Town Board of the Town of Empire will hold its monthly meeting beginning at 6:30pm on ThursdayAugust 14, 2025, at the Empire Town Hall, W3675 4th St. Rd.  The purpose of the meeting will be to conduct General Town business as authorized by law:

 

AGENDA

1. Call to Order
2. Roll call/ quorum
3. Verification of public notice by Town Board.
4. Approval of prior Town Board minutes by Town Board.
5. Specific matters for discussion and possible action by the Town Board in open session:

1. Discuss /Act W4226 Northway Dr zoning change needed for its current business use.
2. Mark Grahl to discuss Butternut land sale and zoning changes needed for the sale.
3. Discuss/Act on Stormwater intergovernmental agreement
4. Appoint Jim Pierquet and Jason Zellner to the Board of Appeals. Appoint Trish Schnettler to the Plan Commission.
5. Discuss/Act On Ernst Rd change to Ernest Rd.
6. Update on Mt Calvary Ambulance contract.
7. Discuss/Act on Empire Ln culvert issue.

               

1. Report on Town Correspondence from Town Clerk & other officers.
2. Public forum. (Discussion only)
3. Payment of bills.
4. Adjourn.
