    PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE

     

    Please be advised that the Town Board of the Town of Empire will hold its monthly meeting beginning at 6:30pm on ThursdayAugust 14, 2025, at the Empire Town Hall, W3675 4th St. Rd.  The purpose of the meeting will be to conduct General Town business as authorized by law:

     



    AGENDA



    • Call to Order
    • Roll call/ quorum
    • Verification of public notice by Town Board.
    • Approval of prior Town Board minutes by Town Board.
    • Specific matters for discussion and possible action by the Town Board in open session:

    • Cedar Cooperation Ken and Krista to discuss the DATCP working lands ordinances progress and next steps.
    • Marie Oelke to discuss what she would need to do to add a culvert to her land to make another lot.
    • Discuss decisions made about Mt Calvary Subsidy Contract 
    • Act on vacating part of lot 1 CSM #4266 to John Diedrich located at 23 and UU 
    • Discuss looking into getting a new township website provider.
    1. Peterbilt frame will be sandblasted. The estimate came in less than $5000  

    • Report on Town Correspondence from Town Clerk & other officers.
    • Public forum. (Discussion only)
    • Payment of bills.
    • Adjourn.
