PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE

Please be advised that the Town Board of the Town of Empire will hold its monthly meeting beginning at 6:30pm on Wednesday July 9, 2025, at the Empire Town Hall, W3675 4th St. Rd. The purpose of the meeting will be to conduct General Town business as authorized by law:

AGENDA

1. Call to Order
2. Roll call/ quorum
3. Verification of public notice by Town Board.
4. Approval of prior Town Board minutes by Town Board.
5. Specific matters for discussion and possible action by the Town Board in open session:
     a. Amy Ries giving us Envision Greater Fond du lac updates
     b. Dan Pearson from Alliant to discuss wind farm agreements and tower component replacement.
     c. Marie Oelke to discuss what she would need to do to add a culvert to her land to make another lot.
     d. Discuss/and possibly Act on Mt Calvary Subsidy Contract also on the options of a 1yr contract or going to a 3 year          contract.
     e. discuss/act on vacating the property located at 23 and UU part of lot 1 CSM #4266 to John Diedrich.
     f. Discuss/Act on sandblasting the Frame on the Peterbuilt.
6. Report on Town Correspondence from Town Clerk & other officers.
7. Public forum. (Discussion only)
8. Payment of bills.
9. Adjourn.
