    PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE

     

    Please be advised that the Town Board of the Town of Empire will hold its monthly meeting beginning at 6:30pm on Wednesday April 9, 2025, at the Empire Town Hall, W3675 4th St. Rd.  The purpose of the meeting will be to conduct General Town business as authorized by law:

     

     

    AGENDA

    1. Call to Order 
    2. Roll call/ quorum 
    3. Verification of public notice by Town Board. 
    4. Approval of prior Town Board minutes by Town Board. 
    5. Specific matters for discussion and possible action by the Town Board in open session: 
    6. Open and Act/except bids for Pine Road reconstruction bids and Scott Resurfacing bid
    7. Discuss/Act on windmill contract Kathy Hass will share info
    8. Follow up/Act on letter sent to Tanner Gremmenger about non licensed vehicles
    9. Follow up/ Act on letter sent to residence on Joe Mirtz land being used for yard waste dumping.
    10. Follow up/Act on letter sent Mark Peachy about trailer being used longer than 2 months
    11. Discuss/Act on sandblasting the Frame on the Peterbuilt.
    12. Discuss/Act on having Cedar Corp help file the Farmland preservation zoning ordinances
    13. Act/Approve CSM for Michael/Melissa Hierl
    14. Approve Nicole going to Clerk boot camp on June 17th
    15. Resolution 08-2025 Ordering a special election for Municipal Judge For Lakeside Municipal Court
    16. Resolution 07-2025 Appointing a Temporary Municipal Judge For Lakeside Municipal Court
    17. Renew Red Cabin BeerLiquor license pending proper paperwork.

     

    1. Report on Town Correspondence from Town Clerk & other officers. 
    2. Public forum. (Discussion only) 
    3. Payment of bills. 
    4. Adjourn.
