    NOTICE OF TOWN BOARD SPECIAL MEETING

     

    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Empire TOWN BOARD will conduct a public hearing immediately following the Plan Commission hearings which will start at 6:30 pm Wednesday May 16, 2024 to consider the recommendation of the Plan Commission and hear public comments regarding the below listed requests.  The hearings will be held at the Empire town hall, W3675 4th St Rd.

    2. Roll call.
    3. Statement of Public Notice
    4. Consider the request from Gary & Rose Boyke to rezone a Parcel from “A-2 General Agricultural” to “A-1 Exclusive Agriculture” The property is located west side of County Road K and North of State Highway 45 and The Rawhide Property as part of parcel No. T08-15-18-19-11-001-00 and.T08-15-18-19-12-002-00
