PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE 

Please be advised that the Town Board of the Town of Empire will hold its monthly meeting  beginning at 6:30pm on Wednesday May 13 2026, at the Empire Town Hall, W3675 4th St. Rd. The  purpose of the meeting will be to conduct General Town business as authorized by law: 

• Call to Order

• Pledge of Allegiance

• Roll call/ quorum

• Verification of public notice by Town Board.

• Approval of prior Town Board minutes by Town Board.

• Specific matters for discussion and possible action by the Town Board in open session:

• Martin Ryan who is running for Assembly to introduce himself

• Ridgeview Ln Subdivision to discuss the removal of the center grass area on Ridgeview Ln

• Consider /Act on new CSM for Steve Konen

• Consider /Act on new CSM for Larry Marchionda 

• Gary Lefeber to talk about his lot issues at N4937 Marsh Rd

• Chris Sabel giving an update on his shed plans

• Discuss/ Grant Class B beer and liquor license for Red Cabin at Green Acres

• Discuss any Grant updates

• Matt Baumhardt Danny Ln updates and sanitary sewer application presented.

• Discuss/Act on opening UTV/ATV routes H to 4th St and 4th St to UU

• Update on Poplar Rd Culvert

• Discuss/Act on resurfacing a small section of 7 hills Rd.

• Discuss/Act on adding absentee ballot drop box

• Discuss data centers and what control the town has over them.

• Report on Town Correspondence from Town Clerk & other officers.

• Public forum. (Discussion only)

• Payment of bills.

• Adjourn.
